China's economy in the process of rapid development has also brought many negative effects,including the serious pollution caused by water and other issues,safe water and drinking water has become a major problem plaguing our consumers,in the safe water and drinking water demand,China's water market prospects bright market potential.Based on the theory of marketing,this paper analyzes the development situation of domestic and international water purification equipment market and the specific competition situation of Qinhuangdao local water purification equipment,and then develops the marketing strategy of the company.The main contents of the thesis include the following aspects:Firstly,the research background and significance of the marketing of water purification equipment are introduced.By analyzing the present situation of domestic and foreign marketing strategy of water purification industry,the research ideas and main methods of this project are established.Secondly,the use of case analysis,comparative analysis,literature review and quantitative and qualitative analysis of the combination of research methods,reference to a number of marketing and strategic management cases and related theories,the use of PEST and SWOT and other analysis methods,Alikes water purification equipment company's external environment and the internal environment in-depth analysis,the company's strengths and weaknesses;again,combined with the theory of Qinhuangdao water purification market analysis,with the target market positioning and channel strategy and other methods,Based on the Alikes company should take the marketing strategy to determine,in order to develop the market target strategy,and then come on the product,price,channel and promote the marketing mix strategy;Finally,through the marketing team building,water purification equipment channels and Service to create the value of three aspects to ensure that Qinhuangdao Alikes full house water purifier marketing strategy program.
