Study On The Risk Control Of Large-scale Water Purification Equipment Import Procurement Of Y Company

In the process of equipment procurement for large projects,there are many kinds of equipment procurement,strict delivery time and high degree of customization of equipment,which lead to more risks in all aspects of equipment procurement,such as procurement input risk,procurement process risk,delivery time risk,quality risk and so on.Such risks are not only related to the normal progress of the project,but also have a far-reaching impact on the expansion,continuity and sustainability of the project.Through the research on risk control of water purification equipment procurement of Y Company,this paper explores the significance and influence of risk control of equipment procurement in the process of project operation.According to the characteristics of Y company’s water purification equipment procurement,the risk categories in the process of equipment procurement are analyzed.The risk factors are analyzed according to the risk categories.This paper makes a detailed analysis and summary of the four major categories of primary risks and the secondary risks of 13 subitems.At the same time,the possibility of purchasing risk of water purification equipment in Y company was evaluated by expert scoring method,and the possibility of each risk factor was normalized by analytic hierarchy process to confirm the possibility of risk occurrence.Then,experts are hired to compare and score the same group of risk losses at the same level according to the general AHP comparison rules,and then take the average value and fill in the judgment matrix table with the proximity principle,so as to list the weight ranking and grading of the risk,and summarize the risk factors that need to be focused on Control for governance.According to the results of analysis,the main risks are supply out-of-contract risk,supply quality risk,supply production risk and fund management risk.According to the source of risk and the characteristics of the occurrence,the control scheme and guarantee measures are put forward.The effect of the control measures is assessed to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and achieve the expected economic benefits.
