At present,liquor industry gradually into the ranks of the complete competition,due to the liquor products of high similarity,a large number of homogeneous products in the consumer market,marketing is very similar,making a large number of liquor brands have been hit.Innovation is crucial to the enterprise,improve the original technology,brewing high grade,high quality liquor,in order to stand out in the liquor industry.However,many liquor companies in the marketing process,there are many deficiencies,it is difficult to get everyone's approval.This paper uses the methods of literature research,market analysis and interview method to study and system theory,combined with the actual situation of Henan Shedian wine,to rationalize the structure of the layout.In the modern marketing management theory,through the analysis and research of Henan Shedian wine company's marketing environment and brand marketing situation,obtained a series of worthwhile suggestions.The results show that:(1)Henan Shedian wine has many advantages in performance,strong cultural atmosphere,high quality,rich human resources and environment,the one and only high-quality industrial technology,but there are also many problems,not only rare species,the lack of marketing planning,brand building and even the poor sales channel problems.(2)Henan Shedian wine has a lot of defects,this paper puts forward corresponding measures in many aspects,so that the influence of history and culture connotation to the profound and accurate;the hotel has a good development.
