Under the background of the rapid development of Internet technology,user experience has increasingly become an important index for evaluating B2 C e-commerce platform,and has increasingly become an important means to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of e-commerce platform.Based on user experience perspective,this paper uses empirical research method to take the staff of the rural Taobao service station,Zanhuang County of Hebei Province as an object of investigation,to enhance user experience and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of Mobile Taobao country Edition.The first part is based on the massive collection,collation and analysis of literature resources,research object,research content,research methods and innovation;The second part elaborates the related concepts of Taobao mobile home edition,the staff of the rural Taobao service station,user experience and Maslow's seven level theory,KANO model and other related theories as the theoretical support for subsequent research;The third part introduces the author first through theoretical research and pre survey to form an interview outline,and then through interview the staff of the rural Taobao service station to get a large number of interview data,extract the core concepts from the data and summarize the classification;The fourth part carries out qualitative analysis from four aspects of functional experience,interactive experience,brand experience and trust experience,and draws a conclusion that visual information transmission,comprehensive function,payment diversity,commodity exchange clause,commodity information volume is insufficient,commodity lowest price is not clear,brand promotion,platform support,benefit division and information stability are obtained.The fifth part is to clarify the main color of the interface,increase the refusal function,add the function of the desk desk,optimize the function of the payment,the diversification of the payment mode,improve the information of the commodity exchange clause,improve the product's richness,clear the lowest price of the commodity,increase the publicity and promotion of the brand information,increase the promotion of promotion information,and expand the village naughty,in the perspective of information service.There are 13 specific aspects of supporting,improving the level of commission and maintaining information stability;The sixth part is the conclusion of this paper.It mainly expounds the development of Mobile Taobao country Edition in line with the requirements of the times.Improving user experience helps to improve its comprehensive competitiveness,and this research has some shortcomings in the comprehensiveness of the problem and the accuracy of the conclusion.
