With the continuous development of the communication market,the communication industry is no longer a monopoly industry.In the era of fierce competition in the communication industry,the quality of communication service and the satisfaction of customers are very important to China Unicom.With the development of the communication industry in China,the Internet of things has become the target of competition among the telecom operators in the new era.The Internet of things has entered our life with the rapid development of the society.This paper analyzes and demonstrates that the customer satisfaction of the Baoding branch of China Unicom(hereinafter referred to as Baoding Unicom)is the key to the development of Baoding Unicom's business and its customers.This paper analyzes the competitive situation of the current communication market.From the importance of service to China Unicom,this paper introduces the related theories of satisfaction,such as the connotation of the quality of communication services,customer satisfaction and so on.This paper introduces the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction,the relationship between customer loyalty and customer satisfaction.According to the characteristics of communication service,this paper explains the current situation of Baoding Unicom's Internet of things service customer service,and expounds the application of the customer demand and differential service in the Internet of things service.This paper introduces the survey method of customer satisfaction,and explains the strategy of improving customer satisfaction in connection with the existing problems and reasons of the customer service in Baoding Unicom.At the same time,this paper also provides some reference for the improvement of the customer service of Baoding Unicom and the improvement of the customer satisfaction of the Internet of things,and promotes the further development of the Internet of things of Baoding Unicom through the promotion of the customer satisfaction strategy.
