China's securities market has experienced more than 20 years of development,The securities industry continues to regulate,The securities companies in China have problems such as inaccurate positioning,single marketing methods,and lack of service models.The services and channels provided by various brokers tend to be similar,and low-price competition in traditional businesses.The income of the brokerage business has gradually entered the profit margin from the era of sudden profits.A sales department if it does not create a profit model,vigorously expand customer resources,must also face the crisis of survival and development.A securities business department belongs to the C securities Limited by Share Ltd.Hebei Baoding branch,which is the top ten business department of C securities Limited by Share Ltd.This paper starts from the actual situation of A business department of C securities Limited by Share Ltd.,According to the analysis of the internal and external marketing environment of A business department,research how to enhance marketing consciousness,how to develop marketing capabilities,and how to better carry out marketing activities.Set up a marketing strategy suitable for the development of A business department from seven factors: product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,visible display and service process,and through the three aspects of resource protection,organization guarantee and risk control,are formed the corresponding safeguard measures.
