Research On The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In Baoding City

In recent years,China's leisure agriculture has developed rapidly and has occupied an important proportion in the national economy.In the year of 2018,the Central No.1 document mentioned leisure agriculture and rural tourism.As a new industry and emerging consumption patterns,leisure agriculture also developed rapidly in Baoding,not only in the proportion of gross production,but also in the social economy.Development plays an important role.The healthy and orderly development of leisure agriculture in Baoding City not only promotes economic development,but also promotes the integration of rural one-two-three industries,promotes the development process of urban-rural integration,promotes the construction of beautiful countryside,and adds new opportunities for the implementation of the strategy of “rejuvenating rural areas” power.In the context of the 19 th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party,the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the establishment and construction of the Xiong'an New District,this article uses the literature analysis method,interview method,field investigation method,and DEA model method for Baoding based on the theory of sustainable development and empirical economic theory.The status quo of the development of leisure agriculture in the city has been systematically elaborated.Through the empirical analysis of the input-output benefits of Baoding leisure agriculture star park,it provides the development direction and development basis for leisure agriculture in Baoding,and different types of leisure for Baoding.The development of agriculture carried out a typical case study,summed up its successful experience,analyzed its existing problems,and concluded that there existed the development of leisure agriculture in Baoding: the irrational industrial structure,the low level of business management,and the lack of a unified plan.Supervision and land and capital issues,and proposed to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Baoding City should be a reasonable adjustment of the industrial structure,improve the level of business management,improve supervision and unified planning,rational use of land resources,improve the financial environment,expand funding channels and other more scientific Countermeasures and suggestions.The innovation of this paper is reflected in two aspects,First,based on the previous analysis,this paper proposes that Baoding should pay attention to the development of leisure agriculture and improve the mechanism for the development of leisure agriculture,and set up a special management agency(such as the Leisure Agriculture Department)to connect with Beijing and Tianjin,Strengthen supervision and unified planning and other innovative countermeasures;Second,use the DEA model to empirically analyze the input-output efficiency of 29 leisure agriculture star enterprises in Baoding,and grasp the input and output of the leisure agriculture star enterprises in Baoding.Efficiency and the discovery of its problems provide direction for the study of the development of leisure agriculture in Baoding,and also provide a reference for decision-making by relevant government departments.At the same time,in the future,we should strengthen the research on the depth and breadth of the industrialization and branding of leisure agriculture in Baoding and the pattern of farmers participating in the development of leisure agriculture,and provide more constructive opinions and countermeasures for the rapid and healthy development of leisure agriculture in Baoding.The future development of leisure agriculture in Baoding is clear.After years of development,the prospects for the development of leisure agriculture in Baoding City are still very broad,and gradually move toward rationalization,industrialization,branding,and humanity.
