The manufacturing of complex products runs through the entire manufacturing process in the form of edge design,edge production,and edge modification.Therefore,engineering changes will inevitably occur throughout the entire production process from the beginning to the end.The optimization of engineering change schemes as the front part of engineering change is a key link in its designing and manufacturing process,and it has a great impact on engineering change and even the manufacture of complex products.In actual operation,several change schemes often arise for changes to the same project,however,comparison and selection of change schemes are often determined by the subjective experience and preferences of the decision makers.It depends to a certain extent on the personal background and knowledge level of the decision makers and has great decision-making risks.Therefore,the optimization of complex product engineering change schemes requires the establishment of scientific and quantitative decision-making methods to reduce the risk of change coming from less experience and limited levels of decision makers.In summary,scheme optimization of complex product engineering change is a key link in its design and manufacturing process.Aimed at scheme optimization problem for complex product engineering change,this paper comprehensively considers subjective and objective factors with multiple factors of controlling engineering change,multiple subjects of designing alternatives,multiple criteria of evaluating indicators and applicability of evaluation method,then depend on manufacturing targets to construct the two level optimization index system of six items and fifteen sub items,including quality,finance,time limit and so on,and establish combinatorial optimization model based on entropy weight and improved TOPSIS aggregation to make scientifically quantified method for optimal schemes of complex product engineering change.Finally,take scheme optimization of the large-scale ship engineering change as an example,to validate effectiveness for optimization technology.The results are analyzed from the criteria level indicators and optimal scheme.The research shows that each scheme performs differently on indicators at different criteria levels,of which program 4 has the highest comprehensive benefit,because its most indicators perform well,and they rank better in quality and finance which have more weight,so the comprehensive benefit is highest.From this,it can be seen that the optimization technology can be effectively applied to the optimization problem of a complex product engineering change scheme.This paper studies the optimization technology of complex product engineering change scheme.On the one hand,it enriches the research field of complex product engineering changes in academic research,and lays a theoretical foundation for future research.On the other hand,in the practical operation,it provides a quantitative decision basis for the optimization of change scheme,and has practical significance for the engineering change management and core competitiveness training of manufacturing enterprises in China.
