Study On The Land Use Transition And Its Driving Force Under The Background Of New Urbanization

Land use is the mirror of socio-economic development,and land use transformation is the projection of the transformation process of regional socio-economic structure in the geographical space,and is an important “indicator” of regional development.With the sustained and rapid economic development of our country,the pattern of new urbanization has been basically established.A series of urban problems,such as rapid population growth caused by rapid urbanization,deformity of land-use structures,and deterioration of the ecological environment,will hinder the development of cities.The study on the transformation of urban land use and its driving mechanism is conducive to the exploration of a highly coordinated approach to urban land intensive conservation and utilization and urbanization.In the context of the new era of urbanization,this paper applies RS and GIS spatial techniques and statistical analysis tools to promote the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the land use transformation and the dominant driving forces of land use in Jiangbei District,one of the core urban areas of Chongqing in 2000-2015.Finally,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of land use transformation and its driving mechanism,it proposes countermeasures for the coordinated development of land use transformation and regional economy in Jiangbei District.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Systematic analysis and summary of the current academic trends and developments in the concept and connotation of the topic of land use transformation,the structure of change,the driving forces,and the methodological models at home andabroad.It concludes that the current theoretical analysis and empirical studies on urban land use transformation are beginning to show signs that geographers need to carry out a large number of systematic and quantitative studies to enrich the scientific theory and practice of land change.Based on this,this article studies the transformation of urban land use from two aspects of explicit and invisible land use transformation.(2)With the support of remote sensing interpretation and space technology,the dynamic model of land use change during the study period in Jiangbei District was studied.Firstly,from the dominant point of land use transformation in Jiangbei District,the quantitative changes,structural changes and spatial shifts of land use types in the region are analyzed.The main feature of land use in Jiangbei District is that the increase of construction land,forest land and water area is accompanied by the decrease of cultivated land,grassland and unused land.The main conclusions are:(1)From 2000 to2015,the land with the greatest land-use transformation has reached 123.46%,which is ranked as construction land> cultivated land> grassland> unused land> woodland>waters.(2)Among the land use change rates,the greatest annual rate of change is in construction land.The change in land area is the most unstable,followed by construction land> cultivated land> grassland> unused land> woodland> waters.And in2006-2010,the land use change was the most intense and the degree of human disturbance was the highest.This was related to the rapid changes in the area of cultivated land,forest land,construction land,and unused land in Jiangbei District during this period.(3)During the period of land-use transition from 2000 to 2015,the largest amount of farmland was transferred out,mainly to construction land and forest land;and the largest amount of construction land was transferred,and the main source was cultivated land,forest land and unused land.(4)From 2000 to 2015,the land use structure in the Jiangbei District changed significantly.The most significant ones were cultivated land and construction land.The proportion of cultivated land decreased year by year,and the proportion of construction land increased year by year.The proportion of forest land increased slightly,the proportion of unutilized land and grassland decreased slightly,and the proportion of water areas increased,but the overall change was modest.(5)In the land use transition spatial hotspot analysis,the intensity of land-use transition hotspots in Jiangbei District has been reduced,the range has decreased,and it has shifted from west to east.The scope of subtropical areas has also gradually decreased,mainly distributed in Guo Jiaxuan and Wubao Town.The cold zone has expanded in a large scale,showing a trend of spreading from the west to the east,indicating that the type of land use has shifted from the west to the east,and the current focus is on the development of the east.(3)In the exploration of land-use transformation recessive patterns,the construction land,cultivated land,and forest land with the greatest changes in land-use types in the Jiangbei District were selected as typical research types,and the quantitative index of land use efficiency was selected as the main aspect of the recessive-type analysis.From the analysis of the results of land use efficiency,the output efficiency of forest land,cultivated land,and construction land is increasing,and from the land use efficiency of cultivated land,in recent years there has been an implicit transformation of forest land and cultivated land.(4)According to the research results of the land-use transformation drive mechanism,Changes in land use and construction land in land use transformation are mainly driven by urbanization and industrialization.Industrialization and agricultural modernization have a greater impact on the change of cultivated land,Grassland,unused land,agricultural modernization,and urbanization are more relevant.The area of the water area has not changed so much,so it is not included in the scope of association.(5)Finally,according to the above conclusions,the article proposes strict protection of cultivated land,establishment and improvement of the legal management system,rational arrangement and conservation of intensive use of construction land,strict implementation and preparation of overall land use planning,control of population,strict control of rural population transfer to the town.Change the economic growth mode,adjust and optimize the industrial structure,the development and utilization of land resources and the coordinated development of the ecological environment,Provide reference for sustainable use of land resources and coordination of regional economy in Jiangbei District.
