Land structure directly determines the land use function and social ecological effect. At present, the land use structure change has become a hot topic in the world. The city is the main areas of human activity, urban land carrying all sorts of human activities. Study of urban land development can be more clearly explain human activities trace in the role of land structure change process. Therefore for urban dynamic changes of land use of research has great realistic significance. The paper introduces the Jining city which locates in the southwest region as the research object. Using the known data of land and social economic statistics to analysis land status reasons. Through the study of land development model Explore from 2000 to 2009 Jining land structure change causes. Use of statistical methods explores various types of Jining city land driving force. It finds out the influence on the land dynamic trend of human activities and analyzing different driving force diving's mechanism and causes. Through the grey forecasting model to predict future Jining city land structure development trend and find the results of development cause. In order to promote the sustainable development of regional land-use provide relevant policy Suggestions. This paper adopts empirical methods to analyze Jining city land utilization trends. Detailed explanation various types of land development and changes driving force to simulation and forecast future development structure of Jining land. Hope for the healthy development of land structure of Jining city provides reference basis and reference.
