Research On The Impact Of The Development Of Logistics Industry On The Upgrading Of Manufacturing Industry In Guangdong

"Made in China 2025" points out the important direction of China's manufacturing industry upgrading.It is emphasized to accelerate the cooperative development of manufacturing and service industry.It promotes the development of traditional manufacturing industry to the direction of service and intelligence,and promote the manufacturing industry to become stronger,and realize the leap of manufacturing industry from quantitative change to qualitative change.The upgrading of the manufacturing industry needs the support of the service industry.Logistics industry involves a wide range of industries,with strong industrial driving capacity,plays an important role in producer services,and plays an important role in the upgrading of manufacturing industry.This paper studies the impact of the development of the logistics industry in Guangdong on the upgrading of the manufacturing industry.It has an important practical significance for the development planning of the logistics industry in Guangdong province and for the promotion of the upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Based on theoretical and empirical research methods,this paper firstly summarizes the mechanism of logistics industry to promote the upgrading of manufacturing industry,and then summarizes the development status of logistics and manufacturing industry in Guangdong.The professional division of the logistics industry has promoted the efficiency of the manufacturing industry.The upgrading of the technical level of the logistics industry improves the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.By the logistics outsourcing to the third party logistics company and reducing manufacturing operation costs,the development of the logistics industry has a certain effect on manufacturing resources allocation and promote the upgrading of manufacturing industry.In this paper,the input and output tables of 2000,2002,2005,2007,2010 and 2012 are used to analyze the input value of the Guangdong logistics industry to the manufacturing industry in a whole.In the past six years,the input value of the logistics industry to the manufacturing industry and the overall business surplus curve of the manufacturing industry are in a consistent trend.The paper makes an empirical analysis between the total output value of the logistics industry in Guangdong and the total profit and tax of the manufacturing industry for 1987-2016 years.In the stability test,the logistics industry and the total tax profit in Guangdong are the first order difference stable relationship.Cointegration test shows that there is a long-term stable relationship between the logistics industry and the profit tax in Guangdong.From the VAR model,the development of Guangdong logistics industry has a positive impact on the upgrading of manufacturing industry.Secondly,the index of the height of the upgrading of the manufacturing industry is constructed.The trend of the logistics industry and the height of the upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Guangdong province are analyzed.Then analyze the impact of the logistics industry to upgrade the manufacturing industry structure,The results show that the increase of 1% per unit of the logistics industry will bring the increment of 0.819% units for the advanced manufacturing industry.Finally,based on the above theory and the empirical results,the strategy of the logistics industry and the upgrading of manufacturing industry in Guangdong province are put forward.
