The Empirical Research On Factors Of The Manufacturing Industry Upgrading

Manufacturing is the foundation of national economic growth,is the embodiment of the country's industrial production capacity, is also carries on international trade,countries participate in international competition, the increase of the symbol of national comprehensive competitiveness, set up manufacturing powerhouse. Domestic manufacturing after participates in the international division of labor, has obtained the certain development and progress, but the dramatic changes of the external environment as manufacturing industry, the domestic manufacturing industry can not adapt to the maimstream of the international manufacturing industry development. In the face of manufacturing in the developed countries constantly improve and progress,constantly surpassing otter developing countries, the domestic manufacturing industry downturn, overcapacity, under the condition of serious environmental pollution, research on what kind of factors will affect manufacturing industrial upgrading, and to explore the key factors for manufacturing mechanism between industrial upgrading, has the necessity theoretically, and has the profound practical significance. In this paper, the research r-esults of scholars both at home and abroad on the basis of combing, manufacturing at home and abroad, elaborates the status quo and the problems existing in the development process and analysis, and then using the method of principal component analysis of influence factors in the manufacturing industry to refine and classified, there are twelve factors mainly affects the manufact?uring industry upgrading,a total of four categories industrial technology innovation,entrepreneurship, key resource accumulation and industrial integration, on the basis of above analysis and demonstrates the relationship between these factors and the manufacturing industry upgrading.The work and the resulting conclusions are:(1) The present situation and problem analysis of domestic manufacturing. First,mainly from the efFicience, complete system, has developed rapidly and significantly enhance its international status and from home to the world, these three aspects to elaborate the development present situation of domestic manufacturing, and the main use of world bank data and statistical yearbook as the data support; Secondly, combined with field investigation and related research information, using PEST model analysis method, from manufacturing industry political environment, economic environment, social environment and industry technical environment these four aspects to discuss the domestic manufacturing industry environment;Finally, from the research and development ability is weak, the serious excess capacity, low labor productivity, cost advantage under pressure, high pollution and high energy consumption,hollowing out and low-end phenomenon highlights the six aspects to elaborate the problems of domestic manufacturing.(2) The mechanism analysis and empirical research on the effect of manufacture industry upgrading. Based on the analysis of the research results at home and abroad, the analysis,induction and summary of the influencing factors are analyzed based on the field investigation.Discussed in order to more convenient after the key factor that affects the upgrading of manufacturing industry and manufacturing industry to upgrade the relationship, this study firstly extracted with principal component analysis method to the manufacture industry upgrading of the key factors. Then the key factors in the naming that factors that affects the upgrading of manufacturing industry mainly includes industrial technology innovation,entrepreneurship, key resource accumulation and industrial integration. From the theory of industrial chain and value chain, and resource-based theory, theory of technology innovation and competitive advantage theory to analyze the relationship between these factors and the manufacturing industry upgrading .The process model analyzes the relationship between industrial technology innovation,entrepreneurship, key resource accumulation and industrial integration and industrial upgrading,and the relationship between the influencing factors. The empirical results show that the entrepreneurial spirit, key resource accumulation affects the manufacturing industrial upgrading, and industrial integration of entrepreneurship to environmental impact was not significant; Industrial and technological innovation plays a mediating effect between entrepreneurship, key resource accumulation and industrial consolidation and industrial upgrading.
