The Impact Of The Interaction Effect Of Entrepreneurial Context On Entrepreneurial Cognition

With the deepening of entrepreneurship research,the study of entrepreneurial behavior has shifted from focusing solely on the characteristics of entrepreneurs to exploring the cognitive mechanism of entrepreneurs.Unique entrepreneurial activities originate from a unique deep cognitive structure,and the unique cognitive structure of the entrepreneurs can help them discover potential business opportunities and promote the development of entrepreneurial activities.The entrepreneurial context,which is characterized by high uncertainty,novelty,limited resources and time pressure,will objectively induce the cognitive deviation of the entrepreneurs,and eventually lead to the difference of entrepreneurial behavior.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the impact of entrepreneurial context on the cognitive structure of scientific and technological entrepreneurs,to explore the cognitive causes and mechanisms behind the entrepreneurial behavior,to improve the environment for scientific and technological entrepreneurship and to enhance the activity of regional entrepreneurship.Existing studies generally agree that entrepreneurial context as a totality and comprehensive concept is composed of different sub contexts.Johns divides situations into omnibus context and discrete context.The omnibus context affects entrepreneurial behavior by embedding discrete context.Welter believes that the context includes both the distal context,including the state and the political system,and proximate context,including the social environment and the local situation.The influence of entrepreneurial context on entrepreneurial cognition is not clear,but there is no consistent conclusion in existing studies.For example,research in emerging economies shows that institutional context is negatively related to entrepreneurial cognition,rather than a positive correlation under mature economies.In different regions,cultural context has different effects on entrepreneurial intention.Some scholars have pointed out that considering the impact of entrepreneurial context on entrepreneurial cognition,we should not only consider the different levels of the situation,but also include the interaction of different levels of context.Therefore,clarifying the influence of entrepreneurial level and interaction on entrepreneurial cognition is a theoretical and practical problem to be solved urgently.This study selects the scientific and technological enterprise of Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone as the research sample,uses the questionnaire survey method to collect data,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the impact of entrepreneurial context on entrepreneurial cognition at different levels.First,through the review of relevant research,the relationship model of entrepreneurial context and entrepreneurial cognition at different levels is constructed.Then,through factor analysis,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis,the relationship between entrepreneurial context and entrepreneurial cognition at different levels is clarifying.Finally,based on the results of evidence analysis,the analysis and discussion of different levels are discussed.The mechanism of entrepreneurial context and interaction on entrepreneurial cognition.The results show that: first,entrepreneurial context is a complex contextal system,which is composed of different sub contexts.From the role mechanism of the entrepreneurial context,the entrepreneurial context can be divided into three levels: guided entrepreneurial context,motivated entrepreneurial context and supported entrepreneurial context.Secondly,guided entrepreneurial context,motivated entrepreneurial context and supported entrepreneurial context all have positive influence on the entrepreneurial cognition of scientific and technological entrepreneurs.The interaction with science and technology entrepreneurship entrepreneurial cognitive situation is good.By clarifying the mechanism of entrepreneurial context on entrepreneurial cognition,we hope to help regional promote local entrepreneurial activity and enhance economic development level.
