In modern society,with the separation of the two rights of operating enterprises,the values,attitudes and consciousness of the senior managers of the enterprise have an increasingly important influence on the development of the enterprise.From Hambrick(1984)put forward the Upper Echelons Theory,studying about CEO and TMT is getting more and more,But most of them see the CEO as a member of the Top Management Team.That CEO and other senior team members have the same rights and influence,and described their average characteristics as the team's overall features,but it ignored the CEO as selection and lead the whole TMT team leader role and rights,but neglected the CEO as selection and lead the whole TMT Team leader role and rights,and rarely even apart from the rest of the members of the CEO and TMT,nor explain the boundaries between CEO and TMT members,also paid little attention to the interaction between CEO and TMT,and the effects of organizational level.Therefore,the interaction between TMT internal CEO and TMT members is the key to this study.Based on Upper Echelons Theory,from the perspective of information,studying the interaction of CEO and TMT,who are closely linked but also hierarchical,on organizational performance.Using the data of 209 shenzhen certified a-share listed companies,research shows that the interaction between CEO and TMT network,knowledge skills and social experience will significantly affect organizational performance.At the same time,it is found that the influence of CEO-TMT interaction on organizational performance is more significant than that of the two.Both CEO and TMT was revealed through interaction,mutual teasing out the implied information in their network,so as to improve the effectiveness of the decision-making,promote the improvement of organizational performance.CEO and TMT each have independent functional expertise that will benefit from each other's cooperation and interaction,which is beneficial to the development of the organization;Work with CEO and TMT,the longer term more intersection,more trust each other,the effect of team cooperation will be better,it reveals the importance of the stability of the maintenance TMT properly.
