After the global financial crisis of 2008,Chinese economy experienced a profound economic reform from the past extensive,high energy consumption,low efficiency of labor intensive economic growth mode gradually transformed into fine management,energy saving and environmental protection,intelligence intensive,growth mode.At the same time,with the rapid development of science and technology,smart phones,tablet computers,Internet of things(IoT),new energy vehicles and other new markets are in the ascendant.With the dual driving force of economic structure reform and consumption upgrading,the rise of a large number of potential market segments brings more opportunities for the growth of the electronic information industry.The rapid growth of China's electronic information industry brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges to small and medium-sized electronic components distributors,represented by S company,which are active in the electronic components market.Under the dual pressure of international giants(like Avnet and Arrow)and Chinese native large rivals,how to survive and develop in the fierce competition of electronic components industry,that is the biggest challenge for S company.This paper uses PEST model to carry on the analysis of the external macro environment of S company from the political,economic and social environment and technology four layer,and then using the industry life cycle and the Potter five forces analysis method analyses the demand of the electronic components distribution industry market environment,the use of key factors analysis matrix scoring of S company faces the external environment.Through the S company's human resources,financial resources,customer resources,product resources and other aspects of the analysis of internal resources and ability,using the key factor evaluation matrix to evaluate the core elements of the company competition,based on the above for the company's internal and external analysis,analysis tools with SWOT,put forward suitable for S company's competitive strategy,and put forward some specific suggestions for the implementation of the strategy.It is hoped that this paper will provide some useful references and help for the development and growth of the local electronic components distribution enterprises through the competitive strategy research of S company,which will contribute to the development of China's electronic information industry.
