In order to realize the low cost of manufacturing and meet the personalized needs of customers,the manufacturing enterprise production mode has changed from mass production to mass customization,the market from a seller's market to a buyer's market also makes the manufacturing enterprises focus more and more attention on considering from the customer's perspective,to better meet the needs of customers.Mass customization is a new way to solve the contradiction between the production cost and customer demand,become the popular mode of production,and postponement production is the core strategy for mass customization,positioning the customer order decoupling point is particularly important when postponement production strategy is implemented.When the customer order decoupling point close to the upstream of the supply chain,it can't take full advantage of mass production and may make the manufacturing costs rise,but lead to a greater extent to meet customer demand and improve customer satisfaction rate;when the customer order decoupling point near the downstream of supply chain,it can make full advantage of mass production and reduce the production cost,but it can't fully meet the needs of customers and reduce the level of customer service.Therefore,it is essential to select a suitable customer order decoupling point.This paper first summarized the research status at home and abroad of mass customization,delayed production strategy and the location of customer order decoupling point,and expounded the main research contents and research methods in this paper.Then from the perspective of supply chain,this paper expounded the structure of mass customization supply chain and two kinds of supply chain decision making models,and compared the characteristics of mass customization supply chain with traditional supply chain.The third chapter and the fourth chapter established respectively a Stackelberg game decentralized decision model which is dominated by supplier and a centralized decision model of supply chain,and built a demand function based on price and order response time,and considered profit maximization as the goal,and introduced the theory of queuing theory,and solved the problem by using backward induction method and got the optimal price of product and the optimal position of the customer order decoupling point for two decision modes of the supply chain,and discussed the influences of varieties of customized products,penalty cost for unit product delaying unit time and price impact factor on the optimal positioning of the customer order decoupling point,and provided a theoretical basis for the decision making of supply chain.The fifth chapter compared customer demand,the optimal price of the product and the optimal position of the customer order decoupling point and the total profit of two supply chain decision modes,and concluded that the Stackelberg game decentralized decision-making mode which is dominated by supplier is better than the centralized decision-making mode of the supply chain.Finally,the paper summarized the full text,got conclusions and pointed out the prospect of the future research work.
