Research On The Optimization Of Staff Training Project Management System In A Company

With the rapid development of economy and the deepening of economic globalization and cooperation,more and more enterprises begin to go abroad to realize transnational operation.China is a developing country,and it is also a country with rapid economic development.More and more foreign enterprises are entering China,and local enterprises are facing huge pressure of competition.Talent is the core power of modern enterprise competition,and is particularly important for the development of enterprises.There are usually two ways to build high-quality personnel: the first is to recruit from outside through high salaries,the second is to improve the professional ability of employees through training.In this paper,A insurance company as the research object,explore the A insurance company's staff training project management system.First of all,this paper combs the research background,research significance and related literature,and puts forward the research foundation of the article.Secondly,this paper summarizes the related theories,and combs the related concepts of training,human capital,strategic human resource management and project management,which lays a theoretical foundation for the article.Then,this paper introduces the basic situation of A insurance company,studies the status of the training project management system of A insurance company,and studies the problems existing in the training project of the A insurance company through the questionnaire,and analyzes it.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the A insurance company in the staff training project,through the management of the five stages of project management starting,planning,implementation,execution and closing,the quality of the staff training projects can be improved.
