For life insurance companies,marketing activity is the basic activity to achieve business objectives.Insurance marketing personnel is the first carrier of life insurance company to achieve the business objectives of individual business channels.In a certain sense,insurance marketing personnel is one of the core members of the development of life insurance companies.The sales skills and the high and low comprehensive quality of the insurance marketing personnel play an important role to the remain and stability of life insurance company marketing team.High-quality marketing team can improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty,enhance the overall production capacity of the company,and thus enhance the performance level of the whole enterprise.How to form a professional marketing spirit,acquire rich marketing knowledge and set up a correct attitude towards business is an important issue for the life insurance company to achieve its overall development strategic goals.One of the effective ways to solve this problem is training.In the fierce market competition.Corporate training could be effective in improving professional knowledge and skills of marketing personnel,changing to some extent their behavioral habits and mindsets,and consequently enhancing personal,as well as organizational,performance.Therefore,life insurance companies and sales staff must establish “no training,no marketing” concept.Based on the review of related theories such as learning organization construction,staff management and training,this paper analyzes and explores the basic status and main problems of training management for personal marketing staff in Henan Pacific Life Insurance Company.According to the present situation of Henan branch of Pacific Life Insurance marketing personnel training management work,this paper focuses on solving several questions such as the unreasonable training plan,training programs execution and ineffective supervision measures,training evaluation and feedback without scientific basis by using SATE training management mode,competency model,PDCA cycle model,Kirkpatrick's four levels evaluation theory and method in the analysis.On the basis of indepth analysis of the problems,we have clearly defined the thoughts and goals of training management,key points and paths for improving the training management,carried out the corresponding improvement plan design,and added more quantified assessment indicators into the plan.The improved training management can effectively solve the existing problems of training,improve the efficiency of training work,and constantly improve employees' knowledge and skills,promote employees to suit their jobs,realize the standardization and permanent of employee training work and improve individual performance and organization performance.In order to ensure the implementation effects of Henan branch of Pacific Life Insurance marketing personnel training management improvement program,realize the sustainable development of enterprises,enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises,this study will make scientific?reasonable and system arrangement to the core elements of training.the,stimulate students' participation willingness,to convert the contents of the training course to the standard working process and the standardized implementation of action,and to match the promotion system with the salary system through the development of the relevant systems.To ensure the effectiveness and applicability of the training management improvement program for the marketing personnel of the company.Finally,from the aspects of setting organizational structure,funding support,and establishing of training management information platform,combined with company background and training characteristics,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
