Training is one of the job responsibilities in the department of human resource development and management, and new employee training is more important than the other training contents.The coming of new employees brings freshment and energy.It also brings challenge and test.How to make the them integrate into the organization is a real problem which every organization needs to solve after they recruit the new ones.Based on the related human resource management theory and the characters of new employees in China, an analysing model of trainning requirement is built up,the new employee training project of "NET-5M" is put forward,through the systematic design of the five parts:joining company module, job perception and skill training module,work culture transmitting module, military training module, project guiding module, the high efficiency of new employee culturing is carried out, the quick change from college people to working people and a shorter period of socialization is brought about.The following content of this research on NET-5M training project is included:In preparation phase before the new employees'NET-5M training project is implemented, the use of training needs identification model prepares for the implementation of the project; In the project designing phase, it gives the contents of five training modules, scheduling arrangement, tracking effects etc.; In the implementation phase of the project, it determines specific measures making sure that the project can be done effectively. Through coordinating all aspects the NET-5M training project can be implemented successfully.
