The scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system can objectively and effectively assess the business performance of the company,promote the concept of long-term value creation for the company's managers,and guide the company to develop in a comprehensive,balanced,and sustainable way.Under the new economic normal state,the performance evaluation system based on financial indicators of GL Company as a home appliance company cannot meet the needs of the company's transformation and development.According to the current situation of GL Company,building a performance evaluation system that combines economic value added and balanced score cards is of great significance in promoting GL Company's transition to intelligent manufacturing and energy-saving environmental protection,and achieving sound and sustainable development.This paper summarizes the research status in the field of corporate performance evaluation at home and abroad,expounds the relevant concepts,theories and characteristics of EVA and BSC,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.From the theoretical perspective,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of combining EVA and BSC to evaluate corporate performance;it analyzes the current situation and main problems of GL Company's performance evaluation,and put forward the principles of building GL Company's EVA-BSC performance evaluation system,and from the five dimensions of finance,customers,internal processes,learning and growth,and social responsibility to select GL Company performance evaluation indicators;This paper determines the weights of all indicators by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),designs the scoring method,and establishes a set of systematic performance evaluation system;it also collect relevant data in the company's annual report and social responsibility report,and mark an empirical evaluation of GL Company's performance for 2012 to 2016.The results show that:the comprehensive performance of GL Company in 2014 reached to the highest,which began to decline in 2015.However,the performance in 2016 rebounded slightly.After analyzing the reasons for the change of GL Company ' s performance,this paper holds that there are mainly three problems in GL Company,including in the efficiency of fund use,the acquisition rate of new customers,and the investment ratio of research&development.Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for improvement.The GL Company has put forward safeguard measures to implement a performance evaluation system based on EVA-BSC.
