During the period of "13th Five-Year",the domestic tourism industry will enter a period of golden development and highlight the contradiction.While the tourism industry is developing rapidly,the management and management of scenic spots have also entered a large area of reform.Most of the scenic spots are in the transition from the government management to the enterprise management.In the management of scenic spots,business shop management,as an important part of it,directly affects the development of the commercial economy of scenic spots,and has become an important factor in the development of tourism.As a more mature scenic spot in China,Shaolin scenic area has completed the transition from administrative management to the s tandardized management of enterprises.The management has been completely carried out by Songshan Shaolin Cultural Tourism Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "G company").Its business has formed a unique model in the development of nearly 40 years.Type.The purpose of this study is to find out the main factors that affect the business model of the scenic spots by analyzing the business model of G company,and then to explore the optimizat ion strategy of the business model of the shop.Therefore,this research will help the scenic spot management enterprises to make the business strategy better.At the same time,it has a certain significance to promote the living standard of the people around the tourist attractions and promote the adjustment of the local economic structure transformation.In order to achieve the above research goals,on the basis of comprehensive reference to the existing research results at home and abroad,based on the theory of property rights,stakeholder theory and game theory,this paper first analyzes the development of scenic spots and the formation of business business model.Then through interviews with relevant stakeholders in the business process of G company,the main factors that affect the business model are found out,and then the optimizat ion strategy of the business model of G company is put forward.Through the study,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)the business mode of the Shaolin Temple scenic spot mainly experienced the change of three modes of free operation,administrative management and corporate operation.(2)at present,G company mainly adopts the lease management model based on joint contract,which has achieved the effect of increasing the operating income,promoting the development of the scenic area and driving the local economic development.(3)at present,there are still some key problems in the business shop management of the Shaolin scenic area of G company,such as the fierce competition for property rights,the weakening of the management ability of the shops,the lack of competition in the business,the decline of the service quality of the merchants and the lag of the development of commodities,the complex property right structure of the shops,the disagreement of the stakeholders' goals,the huge contrast between the internal and external environment and the management.Inadequate motivation is the main reason for these problems.According to the above conclusions,in order to reduce the operating costs,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and maintain a healthy and sustainable development of G company's business,this paper puts forward the following main suggestions: absorbing new shareholders,optimizing the structure of the company,deepening the reform of the enterprise,improving the quality of the employees,optim izing the operat ing environment and increasing the product types;To explore the "Internet plus" mode.
