The capital chain is a process of return and circulation of funds,which embodies the cash flow of the enterprise in the process of production and operation.Every industry capital chain is very important,but in view of the real estate industry is capital intensive,and the project investment,high leverage,long cycle period,the real estate industry to good operation must maintain the circulation of capital chain,which became the first capital chain risk business risk.As the pillar industry of China,the national guidelines for the policy is for example,in recent years,emerge in an endless stream,and the credit limit restriction policy,the real estate industry had no small impact,the real estate industry generally appeared sluggish sales,capital turnover rate and lower financing difficulties.These are fragile real estate capital chain one disaster after another.The real estate industry has great relevance to the parties.If its capital chain is broken,it will not only face the risk of bankruptcy,but also damage the interests of investors,creditors and credit institutions,and even further destroy the macroeconomic order.Therefore,in this case,it is very urgent to analyze the problems in the real estate industry's capital chain and estimate its capital chain risk level,so as to make recommendations for its improvement.Pressure.In this paper,we selected the strong momentum in recent years to achieve a rapid expansion of the real estate enterprises in China as a case enterprise.By literature research,case analysis and other research methods,based on the concept and theory of capital chain and real estate capital chain risk,the financial chain of China Real Estate Company is taken as the research object.After a brief introduction to the general situation of enterprises,the Z value scoring method is used to predict and predict the risk of capital chain in China.It is found that the company has high risk of capital chain.After further analysis,it is found that the reasons for the high risk of China's capital chain are mainly composed of two levels.The external reasons are mainly influenced by the national macro policies,and the internal causes are mainly narrow financing channels,unscientific investment plans,and unfavorable sales.According to the existing problems and reasons of China Real Estate Company,suggestions are made for promoting sales,accelerating capital reflow,broadening financing channels and improving turnover speed of funds.Through the research on risk prevention and control of China's capital chain in financial innovation,this article not only helps the company improve its own capital chain,but also provides an important reference for other Real Estate Company.
