Research on the mission planning of imaging satellites has always been a hot topic in the planning field.For imaging satellites,this expensive resource will be constrained by various conditions when shooting on rails.Traditional planning methods are difficult to satisfy.The demand now.With the advancement of science and technology,satellites capable of autonomous mission planning have gradually come into existence.Satellites with autonomous planning capabilities can improve the efficiency of satellites and increase the satellite observation revenue.However,researchers nowadays have less research on the robust mission planning of multi-imaging autonomous satellites in the study of satellite autonomous mission planning methods,because the satellites are exposed to various uncertainties in the real environment.The occurrence of these risks will directly affect whether or not the satellite planning program can be implemented.This will directly lead to the waste of resources and the failure to implement the mission objectives.Therefore,the research in this paper focuses on the robust mission planning of multi-imaging autonomous satellites.The main work of the full text is as follows:(1)In view of the uncertainty factors that may be encountered in the satellite mission planning process,this paper will collect and organize the risk factors of the imaging satellites in the mission planning process,and then analyze their respective characteristics,and then introduce Bayesian network inference.Combined with statistical data and relevant experts and scholars' experience,the probability of occurrence of related risks will be obtained.Finally,a risk assessment model will be established to establish a robust planning model for the follow-up.(2)For the actual situation in the satellite mission planning process,this paper establishes a robust autonomous satellite planning model,and makes mathematical descriptions and explanations of various constraints in the model construction.Considering the robustness of the model building process,this paper uses the previous risk assessment model as part of the optimization objective function in the model solution process.(3)For the multi-imaging autonomous satellite planning problem,this paper proposes the solution mechanism of the planning model.Then,according to the particularity of the established robustness planning model,this paper will design the advantage of the genetic algorithm and then combine it with the simulated annealing strategy.Heuristic genetic simulated annealing algorithm for solving the planning model.(4)Model simulation experiment,this article will use the simulation tool software STK8.1 to simulate the relevant scenes.The simulation scene includes many different types of imaging satellites,ground stations and several different ground observation targets.According to the established planning model and solution algorithm,the STK Schedule module is used for scenario planning.A corresponding simulation example was designed to verify the validity of the planning model and then generate related cases to make relevant descriptions of the planning model.
