In the dual role of economic globalization and market virtualization,in response to the opportunities and challenges posed by complex internal and external corporate environments,many Chinese companies have begun to make appropriate adjustments in their strategic choices,with a view to adopting the types of fuzzy strategies.With the deepening of research perspectives,scholars have found that the relationship between the two is not stable,and they began to explore whether there is variable works between strategy and corporate performance.This paper abandons the previous purely single perspective on the analysis of the relationship between strategic purity and corporate performance,introduces the theory of strategic matching,and believes that the relationship between the two is regulated by the flexibility of the enterprise,and the level of corporate performance depends on the adjustment of sexual matching between strategic purity and flexibility.When a company formulates a strategy,it cannot simply make decisions based on feedback from its performance.It should also comprehensively consider factors such as its internal and external environment.Defining the matching degree of the enterprise can help the enterprise to understand its own situation and make it easier to make a more appropriate strategic decision.In this paper,153 manufacturing companies are used as research samples through questionnaires.Descriptive statistical analysis of sample matching status and related variables is conducted.SPSS is used to divide the model into three parts.The first part proves the correlation between strategic purity and corporate performance,and hypothesis one.The second part establishes the adjustability matching model of the flexible capacity,introduces the product term to analyze the level,and the results verify the hypothesis 2.In the third part,the data is divided into two parts according to the size of the flexible capacity.Each model is established to examine the relationship between strategic purity and corporate performance at different levels of flexibility.The results demonstrate that companies should maintain a high level of flexibility under low flexibility.Withstrategic purity and high flexibility,companies can widen the choice of strategic types and further hypothesis 3.For all empirical results,this paper concludes with some corresponding recommendations for companies.
