With the rapid development of globalization of innovative technologies and increasingly fierce market competition,innovation has become the core strength of long-term corporate competition.How to improve the company's effect ive integration and reconstruction of internal and external knowledge,and the ability to continuously develop new products based on the iterative innovations of the previous generation of products,so that the company will be invincible in the fierce market competition environment and obtain good innovating performance and obtaining a lasting competitive advantage are issues that companies urgently need to solve,and reinvigorating their capabilities provides ideas for solving this problem.Based on the investigation and sorting of related documents,this paper integrates the research results of organizational learning theory and innovation capabilities and proposes the definition and connotation of recreating ability.Reinvention ability is based on the effective integration of internal and external knowledge by the latecomers,continuously iterating and reconstructing the knowledge embedded in the current product,and constantly developing high-end conventions for new generations of new products.Based on this,based on the perspective of organizational learning,this paper discusses the mechanism of re-invention ability formation and the mechanism of reinventing ability on innovation performance.By collecting data from multiple companies and using smart PLS and SPSS statistical tools to process and analyze the data,the empirical results show that: information acquisition,information understanding,and information integration have promoted the formation,development of reinventing capabilities,and created new capabilities.These factors affect the company's innovation performance.Finally,on the basis above of theories above,this paper proposes a path to enhance the re-creation ability based on the perspective of organizational learning and a path to enhance innovation performance.This research enriches and develops related research in organizational learning and innovation.It has important theoretical and practical value.
