The current high-tech enterprises in China is facing a more complex competitive environment, including changes in the economic environment based on the globalization and the rapid development of technology, therefore, we must find out how high-tech enterprise improve organizational performance through organizational learning. Now organizational dynamic capabilities increasingly become a current research focus in the changing market environment, especially for high-tech enterprises. But the study of the relationship among organizational learning, dynamic capabilities and organizational performance is rare.The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among organizational learning, dynamic capabilities and organizational performance, and do some in-depth research to find out the mechanism of various factors which impact on the basis, and the reason of our research is to provide some guidances to the high-tech enterprise practice management.In this article, we collect the data from152valid questionnaires,we use factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and reached the following conclusions:1, organizational learning includes five dimensions, which contains experiment, information collection, information analysis, education and training, information passed.2, verify that the four dimensions of the organizational dynamic capabilities, including the ability of technological innovation, organizational adaptability, opportunity recognition ability, the ability to integrate resources.3, two aspects of organizational performance including business performance and innovation performance.4, organizational learning and the dimension of the existence has a significant impact on the organization of dynamic capability and its dimensions.5, the organization dynamic capability and its dimensions of organizational performance has a significant positive correlation on business performance and innovation performance.6,Organizational learning has a significant positive correlation to their organizational performance, including business performance and innovation performance by organizing some dimensions of dynamic capabilities intermediary that influence organizational performance, business performance and innovation performance indirectly. However, we also found that the opportunity recognition capabilities, the ability to integrate resources did not play a mediating role on business performance. Finally, we make a summary of our conclusions and also forecast the future, These conclusions provides little new instructions and a good reference for how to improve organizational performance. |
