With the broad use of Internet and rapid development of information technology, The environment surrounding enterprises has changed drastically. Immense changes in the management and business operation have been caused by information technology. Many scholars has seen information technology capability as the source of organizational learning and organizational innovation. So in the information age, enterprises who expect to survive depend on its information technology capability. According to the goal of this dissertation, we sought a better understanding of relationship between organizational learning, information technology capability and organizational innovation in the context among manufacturing enterprises. After reviewing the past studies on the relevant field, the paper concluded the contributions and limitations of the existing research. Then a conceptual model involving organizational learning, information technology capability and organizational innovation was developed.With the Resource-Based and Social Relationship View, we focused on identifying the dimensions and validating an instrument for measuring the construct. On the basis of information technology capability, the following parts examined the relationship between organizational learning, information technology capability and organizational innovation.After reading and summarizing a lot of papers about organizational learning, this paper holds that organizational learning should include exploration learning and exploitation learning, organizational innovation should include management Innovation and technological innovation.The results showed that IT capacity has a significant positive effect on organizational learning and organizational innovation; organizational learning,exploration learning and exploitation learning has a significant positive effect on organizational innovation.And exploration learning has more significant positive effect on organizational innovation than exploitation learning has.The paper first discusses organizational learning from the social relationship perspective, and builds the whole theoretical framework.then tests the relationship among organizational learning, Information technology capability, organizational innovation.Finally, the paper briefly discusses the shortcomings of this study and future research directions.
