With the development of Internet finance,the replacement rate of traditional channels has increased year by year,but physical networks are still the most important business channels for domestic banks.Meanwhile,the funds invested in the construction of physical networks is far more than that in the other channels.Banks mainly allocate important resources on physical networks,so the acceleration of transformation of physical networks is the primary way to seek profit growth and improve operation efficiency.Facing the situation that domestic economy is continuing to slow down and the competition of banks is becoming increasingly fierce,although profit margins continue to narrow,he still insists in persuing the transformation program,and has made some achievements.However,there still exist problems in physical networks,such as unclear positioning,inefficient bank management,inadequate service,poor network sales and low customer experience.In view of the main problems of Longjiang bank,this paper points out the transformation direction for Longjiang bank which is differentiation,individuation and intelligence and gives an effective and feasible transformation plan.The main research contents are as follows:firstly,it analyzes the operation of Longjiang Bank's physical networks in detail,points out its shortcomings and gives the specific reasons causing these problems;secondly,it gives different directions of network transformation;from four perspectives,including network positioning,network management,sales capabilities and customer experience,the transformation scheme of Longjiang Bank' networks is developed;finally,the protection measures are proposed for the sake of tansformation of physical networks,including the configuration of network managers,the management of human resource,the allocation of network resources,risk control and so on.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:the networks of Longjiang Bank are redefined in differentiating mode and a compound positioning mode as the pattern of community-oriented plus direct marketing is proposed;the customer behavior analysis is the important basis for the development of network transformation strategy;the flat network management mode is proposed;a customized product strategy is introduced;there are two ways to enhance customer experience that are the provision of personalized services and the improvement of self-service equipment.
