Study On Planning And Implementation Of Smart Tourism Town

Smart city is a higher stage of the city informatization.The construction of the smart tourism town is a concrete landing in the town of tourism characteristics,which has many related aspects.However,there are few researches on the construction management of Characteristic smart tourism towns,especially the definition of scope management in project construction,the control of project construction quality,and the avoidance of project construction risk.This paper focuses on the construction and management of smart tourism town,which combines the construction practice of T Area smart tourism project,and provides a reference for the construction of smart city,especially the smart tourism town in the project management application process.Firstly,this paper aims at the scope management,which combining with local characteristics,aiming at the demand of the manager and the tourists.Secondly,for quality management,through the smart construction can be research,project,design,implementation,acceptance and other procedures of the whole process of management,as well as file management and quality assurance in various aspects in order to ensure the construction of smart tourism town quality management.Finally,according to the risk management,through the risk identification,risk response and risk monitoring,the smart tourism town construction of the system construction risk,technology risk,management risk,human resources risk and so on to effectively manage to evade.
