Smart Card Consumer Electronics System Scope And Project Risk Management Research

Many uncertainties are existed in IT development process, and theygive rise to risk of project success. Whether the project can deliver theproduct to the customer in time is much dependent on its scopemanagement and risk management. It is required to integrate IT projectscope management plan and project risk management plan, and to offermethods for identifying, assessing, and managing the project scope andrisk, and to obtain project success based on scope and risk analysis.IT project scope management includes final product and service. Itinsure all members know the project result, IT risk management is thedecision-making and probability method in allusion to uncertain question.It is systemic and dynamic method to control risk to decrease theuncertainty.In this dissertation, the theoretical system of IT project scopemanagement and risk management will be summed. Firstly, Thebackground, meaning and researchful actuality of IC card purchase systemproject are described. The basal knowledge of scope management and riskmanagement are also introduced.Secondly, The scope management actuality of IC card system projectis studied, and the WBS is confirmed the key part of scope management.With the full analysis of existing WBS’s characteristic and localization.The three-dimensional WBS model is established, this dissertation putforward a comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy theory, toevaluate and manage the cost, time and resource in the WBS package.This method is verified by IC card purchase system project to evaluate theactual cost, time and resource in the WBS package. It make company todecrease the cost and enhance the efficiency.Thirdly, the risk management actuality of IC card system project isstudied, and the eight primary risk factors are researched in detail. Withthe full analysis of existing risk evaluation and localization. Thisdissertation put forward a new method which called “a comprehensiveevaluation method based on fuzzy theory”. This method is verified by ICcard purchase system project. And settle the reason and result figure of theeight primary risk factors and risk management table finally.
