With the reform of the "new normal" of China's economy indicates that China's economic development has entered the transition period.It requires the Chinese industrial structure break through rather than the gradual transformation,the enterprises need to increase the strength of innovation and should be independently find the path to improve the innovation ability.However,in the process of formulating the innovation strategy,the company has been confronted with the dilemma choice,which is focused on the incremental innovation strategy,or the radical innovation strategy? They have been regarded as the contradictions but crucial point to the development of enterprises,how to balance it? Traditional Western scholars have always stressed that this pair of innovative contradictions is an either-or relationship,on the contrary,traditional Chinese culture has always been rich in ambidexterity wisdom,such as yin and yang.A few scholars have found this,based on the analysis of the limitations of Western thinking,combined with our traditional culture,creatively proposed "paradoxical leadership." This kind of leadership style seems to be more able to balance the innovation contradiction,and whether it can function in innovation strategy and enterprise performance is worth studying deeply.This research uses the paradoxical leadership as the antecedent variable and try to demonstrate its influence on organizational performance,and the mediating role and environmental dynamics of ambidexterity,and verifies the hypothesis by using the data of Chinese enterprise level.The results show that paradoxical leadership has significant positive influence on ambidexterity,and the ambidexterity plays a mediating role in the paradoxical leadership and organizational performance.Environmental dynamics plays a moderating role between paradoxical leadership and ambidexterity.The research results show that managers ' leaders should think through many ways and balance contradictions to improve organizational performance,but also through the establishment of the organization's use exploitation and exploration,to improve organizational performance.
