The SME financing is a global challenge, under the background of China’s socialist market economy hasn’t yet been fully established, the flow of the social capital and credit rationing will be more tilted to large enterprises, Combined with these problems as the financial market is not developed in our country, the SME’s single financing way banks’ credit unwillingness, which also leads the financing of SMEs phenomenon particularly prominent. Supply chain finance as a new concept and financing model, has been used by more foreign SME financial institutions to solve the plight of the shortage of funds and the effect, which is obvious. Different from the traditional financing model monomers, supply chain finance takes all participants in the chain as a whole to do the risk evaluation, through the core enterprise’s credit guarantee, funding will go towards the small and medium enterprises in the supply chain, making money circulating, serving to all participants in the chain, thereby improving the service efficiency of funds in whole supply chain. At the same time, supply chain finance integrates logistics, capital flow, information flow to supply chain management efficiently, the effective integration provides each node enterprise financing a variety of value-added services.In this paper, the research methods are mainly qualitative analysis method, from linking theory with practice and comprehensive analysis to study the difficulty of financing of The SME’s in our country based on supply chain finance. The article is divided into four parts, the first part summarizes existing academic research based on the supply chain of SME financing issues, analyzing the related theory. The second part cards the characteristics and financing status of SME financing, focuses on financing status of SME financing and the three main financing models. The third part is based on the first two chapters study, analyzing the problems that exist in the process of financing of SMEs in China. Section IV presents Suggestion on the correlative questions in chapter three to improve the system is put forward as well.
