Small-scale,low-captials SMEs in China has drawn wide attention from academic circles and business circles.Alought our capital market is developing at a high speed,the way that SMEs could use tofinancing is limited.In 2006,National Equities Exchange and Quotations was established to help SMEs solving the problem of financing diffculties.NEEQ has been expanded rapidly since it is built,the number of quoted SMEs has increase to 5129 from 10.As for additional stock issue tailed,The number of total financing is 123.8 billion,which help a lot of financing promblems to SMEs.Meanwhile,NEEQ has released several criterrias about auditing independence、affiliate transaction in2016,and it also release policy of grades.The NEEQ has been paid more and more attention,which as the major financing transaction market for SMEs.It will play an increasingly important role in china.Firstly,this paper introduces the financing theory,and summed up theoretical analysis and research on NEEQs at home and abroad.Then this paper analysis An company named LYNY.This is a new enterprise which is builtd recently,it produce solar-powered street lamp mainly.And it developes very fast during last year,it is a representative SMEs with small-scale and low-captials.Then,this paper makes a design of financing with consideration of LYNY's history、finance situation,and assess the need of finance.Finally,this paper analysis the important problem and make solutions to these,which hope to provided a reference case for SMEs to solve their problems.
