Study On The Evaluation And Development Countermeasures Of Peasants' Living Levels In Shenyang

The living standard of peasants is a concept of social science covering multiple levels,both quantitative analysis and qualitative research.Improving peasants' living standard is the ultimate goal of building a new socialist countryside,and also an important guarantee for building a well-off society in an all-round way.Since the fifth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee,many domestic scholars have pointed out the connotation and tasks of new rural construction from different angles and different levels.It is considered that the goal of new rural development is to increase peasants' income and improve their living standard.In short,peasants are the main body of rural development.Realizing peasants' income increase and raising their living standard is of great significance for realizing modernization and developing harmonious society in China.This paper takes Shenyang as the research object,adopts the data that reflects peasants' living standard in recent ten years,evaluates and analyzes their living standard,and puts forward the development countermeasures.Firstly,the background and significance of the topic,the research status of the explanation to the living standards of farmers related concepts,and points out the research methods and innovations;then introduces the status of peasants' living standard,Shenyang and the main districts of the Liaoning area and the most affluent farmers living in Xinmin,more than the city average Faku,Kangping two county level,the living standards of peasants is relatively low;then from the two aspects of material and spirit establishes the evaluation index system of peasants' living standard in Shenyang,the per capita net income,the Engel's coefficient of the 13 indicators of the overall evaluation of the living standards of peasants using AHP;then comparative analysis for the living standards of peasants in Shenyang and Liaoning province,Dalian;We have three main conclusions: First,to build a well-off society as a benchmark,the living standards of peasants in Shenyang in2014 reached a degree of 79.15%;Second,the construction of new socialist countryside in ten years,the living standards of peasants in Shenyang increased by 66.07%;Third,Shenyang,Dalian as the overall living standards of peasants,mainly from the gap the level of peasants' income.Finally,peasants' income,social security,education,and suggestions are put forward in the four aspects of the living environment.
