Global auto market growth is slow currently.Domestic car market has also become gradually rational after experiencing a golden decade of blowout growth.Especially with the exit of the "automotive industry recreating and reviving plan" and a series of complementary policies,the auto industry has move into an age of restructuring after the dramatic increase in 2009 and 2010.Since 2012,the production volume and sales growth of Chinese auto market has officially entered the "micro growth" period.In the face of fierce and brutal domestic market,more and more Chinese auto companies have been started the process of internationalization.IN the meantime,our country energetically implementing globalization strategy,inspiring more state-owned firms of diversified ownerships to go abroad.Overseas development has become an important means and an inevitable path of the Chinese car enterprises to avoid domestic vicious competition and have a remarkable development.The way of globalization,which is the major market and how we implement the strategy is the focus of the current study of Chinese car enterprises.Based on a well-known automobile enterprise in China,D company as the research sample,the paper firstly studies D company's current circumstances and its 13 th Five-Year development goals and clears the direction of the development of overseas business in 13 th Five-Year.Then this paper researches the inner and outer situation of D company to find the necessity and feasibility of D company to develop overseas business.Then according to Lute's target market selection model and the substantial position of D company,this paper builds a selection model which is more suitable for D company and Chinese automobile enterprises' selection of the target market.The model is used to focus three main critical markets for D company basing on the globalization strategy.Then according to Denning's eclectic theory of global production(OLI theory),the model of selection and access certain market is established and applied to actual operation of D company and achieved certain effect.Finally,according to needs of the development of D company,this paper puts forward a program to enhance ability of core competence and puts it into practice.The analysis above provides a case and relevant models one can refer to promote the expansion and globalization of Chinese car companies which we hope to go abroad well.
