Our country's economy develops rapidly in recent years, and some extra-ordinary business begin to emerge, such as Haier,Huawei, but our country's enterprises face intense competition and tremendous subsistence pressure too. Under the severe circumstances, we must take the international developing path, obtain broad international market and the strategic assets, upgrade the key technology and the organizational management ability of internationalization. While selecting right entry mode is the question of first importance.The thesis investigates the problem Our country's manufacturing industry how to choose the way into the international market, applies international produce compromised theories, puts forward index system of ownership advantage and location advantage which matches Chinese manufacturing enterprise actual circumstance, include strategy gentle, marketing ability, technique ability, financial capacity and government policy, market barrier, income and price level, market condition, geography and cultural character, and drew up an investigation questionnaire according to this.The sample is from the industrial enterprises of Changsha, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, which engaged in the international business. Through testing the credibility and validity of the target variable, build up a binomial logic regression model to inspect the assumption. The result of the empirical study shows that: the enterprises with stronger ability in strategy gentle, marketing, technique intend to choose direct investment; the region with better government policy will stimulate Chinese enterprises prefer direct investment to export.At the end, the thesis offer some advice to reference according to the result of the empirical study.
