Research On The Risk Identification And Prevention Strategy Of Jingdong Owners' Platform

In the past two years,internet private equity has helped small enterprise and start-up companies to broaden the financing channels.It is also an important part of the multi-level capital market in China,but the risks of network platform should not be ignored.By using the case of Jingdong owners' internet private equity financing platform,this paper introduces the developmental status,comparison between internet private equity financing and public equity crowd funding,source of profits based on the platform and business patterns.It also identifies and analyze risks that the platform is facing,such as fraud risk,follow up risk,leader wrong decision-making risk,risk of platform profit pattern,liquidity risk,staff operation risk,hacker intrusion risk and risk of capital safety.Countermeasures are correspondingly proposed,consisting of rigid identification of qualified investors,plenty re-education for investors,strengthening the power to verify projects,the combination of online and offline by roadshow mode,enhancing commercial information protection,establishing safe institution to quit,promoting a diversified profit mode of the platform,ensuring the legal position of private equity financing platform,cooperating with supervisors to counter cheating,input insurance institution under the cooperation with insurance companies,building the industrial association and request mechanism,furthermore giving a example for establishment of integral risk management system for internet private equity financing platforms in our country,including Jingdong owners.Due to the limitations of this study,further discussions are suggested in respected areas such as quantitative analysis on risk assessment,comparative study of various platforms like Lending-based crowd funding or Reward-based crowd funding.
