Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Tourism Safety Management In Sanya

In recent years,the tourism industry in Sanya has entered a new stage in the development of internationalization and wisdom,and the third service industry dominated by tourism presents an unprecedented comprehensive development trend.The development of tourism in Sanya has driven the common development of economy,society and culture,but at the same time,it has also brought a series of security problems.The contradiction between tourism development and tourism safety management is still outstanding.In this situation of the tourism industry development,it is of great practical significance to study the problems of tourism safety management in Sanya and the countermeasures of government departments to improve the management of tourism safety,for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of tourism in Sanya.First,this paper applies the literature method to define the concept of tourism safety,management and tourism safety management,and summarize the current research on tourism safety at home and abroad.Through the research of the literature,we can further understand the problems of tourism safety,so as to provide a foundation for a more targeted analysis of Sanya tourism safety problems.Second,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method.Through the questionnaire survey,the citizens' and tourists' attitudes and suggestions to the six traditional elements of tourism(food,accommodation,transportation,traveling,shopping,entertainment)and the safety of tourism can be analyzed,so can the views on the non-traditional threats faced by Sanya Tourism safety,including Anti Terror,counter leak,environmental protection,public health security and so on.In the end,in view of the actual problems of tourism safety in Sanya,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the management of tourism safety in Sanya,with combination of the system safety theory,hierarchy of needs theory,and the Accident Causation Sequence Theory,as reference for the government departments of Sanya to strengthen the management of tourism safety.The countermeasures mainly include four aspects:first,personnel safety strategy;second,facilities and equipment safety strategy;third,environmental safety strategy;fourth,management security strategy.
