Along with the rapid development of economy in our country,the people of the business travel activity increasing,the consequent is people increase the demand for the hotel,especially the economy hotel,J hotel,for example,the market demand is increasing,but with the opening to the outside of hotel industry in our country,some foreign mature brand of economy hotels have come into our hotel market,caused heavy pressure to the domestic economy hotel,the hotel's customers constantly diverted,customers in the selection level is also growing,more and more is also high to the requirement of the hotel,the J hotel for customer relationship pressure is huge.Taking J chain hotel as an example,this paper studies the customer relationship management strategy of J hotel by means of literature research method,case analysis method and investigation interview method.This article first analyze the J hotel customer relationship management present situation,found that J hotel at present problems in customer relationship management(CRM),and study the cause of its problems,J hotel's problem is the main customer management information system lacking;Secondly,analyze the requirements of the target customers of J hotel and analyze the level of demand of target customers;Thirdly,according to the research results,combining with the research results of hotel management at home and abroad,this paper proposes the specific improvement methods and marketing strategies of J hotel customer management.J hotel needs to effectively manage the customer relationship management,including the acquisition,classification,maintenance and loss intervention of customers.In marketing strategy,different marketing means should be developed for customers with different needs.In addition,it is necessary to provide strong guarantee for customer relationship management from technical aspects such as management software.Through the research of this topic,we can optimize the customer relationship management system of J hotel,which can provide some reference for both theoretical research and practice.
