From the beginning of 1960 s,the development of the global UAV has been more than and 50 years, from the slow development to the rapid development of nearly ten years, the UAV industry has always been the focus of research and development in Europe,America,Japan and other developed countries.According to the UAV industry reports,UAVs will continue to be the future of aviation stars, the next 10 to 20 years will enter the golden track of development, new technology and equipment will set off a new round of revolution. In the face of Japan and South Korea in the UAV field started earlier, occupy technological advantage under the circumstances,in the face of opportunities and challenges, analyze the UAV industry patent layout, hot technology and patent cooperation between us,for our UAV industry to provide guidance suggestions. In this paper, two kinds of analysis methods are used to study the competition situation of UAV,including the analysis of patent measurement and social network analysis.First, through the analysis of domestic patent quantitative analysis method for UAV deficiencies, compared the differences of foreign technology and patent layout differences before key patentee comparison and identification technology pioneer and technology imitators;then through social network analysis,co-occurrence analysis, analysis of the relationship between UAV industry main technical field and the focus of software Ucinet and Vosviewer identification technology using social network, research on UAV industry patent cooperation network's overall characteristics and individual network cooperation in breadth and depth".Finally, based on the layout of the patent of the UAV industry, the identification of hot technology and patent cooperation, from the national, industrial and enterprise three levels of UAV industry guidance policy recommendations.
