The Study On Information Security System Construction Of XX City Commercial Bank

Information.technology has become a key factor in promoting the efficient operation of banks and improving the core competitiveness of banks.The XX City Commercial Bank obtained a license for RMB retail business in 2013 and hopes to develop retail business through new channels such as online banking,mobile banking and WeChat banking.At the same time,the XX City Commercial Bank put forward the strategic goal of "Technology Leading Business",accelerated the construction of various types of information systems,realized the application of new technologies in various fields,and effectively promoted the modernization of the bank's "management model,business operation model,and customer service model".The XX City Commercial Bank has not yet established a complete information security system,and the adopted information security management model is also lagging behind.It cannot cope with the increasingly severe information security risk challenges in the context of the internet finance and big data era and is unable to meet business development requirements.The XX City Commercial Bank urgently needs to establish a set of efficient information security system so as to facilitate the realization of the scientific and systematic information security management,effectively responds to changes in security risks,enhances the ability to prevent information technology risks,and supports the bank's business development and the realization of overall strategic goals.This thesis starts from the business of XX City Commercial Bank,combines the information security standards and the experience of peer construction,and proposes a comprehensive information security system framework with "information security technology as support,information security operation as guarantee,and information security management as the guide".The objectives,construction contents and construction ideas of the information security system framework were introduced in detail in this thesis.This thesis also described the effectiveness of the information security system construction program implemented in the XX City Commercial Bank.Through in-depth analysis of the case of XX City Commercial Bank,this thesis hopes to provide a useful reference for small and medium-sized commercial banks to build information security system.
