Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has made tremendous achievements,the economy has taken off,and the level of social productive forces has made tremendous progress.As the ordinary people's "clothing,food and shelter" important textile industry has also been greatly developed.With the continuous development of the market,China's textile and garment production accounts for more than 50% of the world,but the huge scale does not match the lack of China's world-famous garment enterprises.The highest value part of the value chain of clothing enterprises is located at the two ends of the smile curve,mainly brand value and design value,while the core business of most of China's textile and clothing enterprises is production,located at the bottom of the smile curve.With the improvement of people's living standards and the upgrade of consumption,consumers have become more and more aware of clothing brand,and pay more and more attention to the experience in the process of consumption.This also requires garment enterprises to change from the original wholesale mode to customer-centered retail mode,which fundamentally changes the composition of the internal value chain of enterprises,but also forces enterprises from experience management to standardized management.Based on the research object of QP Company and the theory of Business Process Management(BPM),this paper analyzes the current situation of Business Process Management in QP Company.Combining with the current situation of Business Process Management in QP Company,this paper expounds the existing problems of Business Process Management in QP Company,such as the understanding of process.Not uniform,lack of end-to-end process,poor execution of process standards,low operating efficiency,etc.According to the detailed analysis of these problems,thecauses of these problems are: lack of overall process planning,lack of unified process management methodology,lack of integration with other systems,lack of information system support,lack of professional process management team.According to these reasons,the standardized design scheme of customer-centered retail business process management is given,which includes: establishing standardized marketing process mainly from the aspects of market management,brand management and sales management;establishing standardized R&D process mainly from the aspects of product planning and product design;Establishing standardized supply chain process is mainly considered from planning management,procurement management,production management,logistics management.Then,the project management methodology is adopted for the implementation of the business process standardization project.The implementation steps are: planning and starting,implementation and monitoring,summary and improvement.In order to promote the implementation of the program from the team security,system security targeted to the formulation of a detailed safeguard measures.Through the business process management standardization construction program can be effectively landed,making the enterprise from experience management to standardized management,thus promoting the transformation of enterprises from wholesaler model to retailer brand model,to achieve market expansion,improve business efficiency.Through the study and analysis of this paper,the business process standardization construction scheme,implementation steps and safeguard measures can provide support for the transformation from empirical management to standardized management,enhance the level of standardized and modern management,improve the competitiveness of enterprises,and also enable the company to optimize its position through business process flow.It can help to organize,save costs,improve work efficiency and establish a good corporate culture,promote the establishment of customer-centered value chain,promote its successful transformation into a brand retail model.This paper not only has practical guiding significance to the business process management of QP Company,but also studies the design,implementation steps and safeguard measures of the business process management standardization scheme obtained by QP Company.It will be helpful tothe textile and garment enterprises under wholesale mode or the traditional enterprises which are transforming into brand retail mode.Process management provides a theoretical basis and reference significance.
