Shanghai Beiming Company Venture Financing Decision Research

In recent years,with the breaking of the Internet technology and the continuous development of science and technology,the innovative application of mobile Internet technology is changing our way of life and habits,and on the other hand also to create a lot of business opportunities.In recent years the hot "Internet +" also offers many enterprise survival and development of a new direction.At the same time,it also inspired many entrepreneurs,the Internet technology and the integration of other industries are benefit to create a new type of industrial direction and to open up new markets.The problem of venture financing is the main problem that restricts enterprise venture financing.The decision-making of venture financing is very difficult for the entrepreneur.In this paper,through the Shanghai Beingming company's financing decision as the research object,to carry out specific analysis on the venture financing problems,according to the characteristics of the venture financing and the development of the company's future direction and following funding needs,carries on the analysis on the existing financing channels,to find other feasible ways of financing channels and at last,by using the analytic hierarchy process,qualitative to quantitative calculate the north styles company financing decision of the optimal solution and guidance.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis and venture financing decisions related to briefly described in this paper,by using the analytic hierarchy process,including financing related theory is divided into modern corporate finance theory and venture financing theory,including the concept of venture financing,corporate financial growth cycle theory and optimal sequence financing theory.The third chapter in this paper the research object of Shanghai north styles company financing present situation and the problems were analyzed,and divided into company background,company financial analysis and the financing question three parts.The fourth chapter analyzes the influencing factors of the venture financing decision of Shanghai Beiming company from the five aspects of capital demand characteristics,financing cost,corporate control,financing risk degree and financing credit requirement.In the fifth chapter,the analytic hierarchy process is used to make qualitative and quantitative analysis on the financing decision of Beiming company and calculate the optimal financing decision plan.The last chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
