As an important index to measure the degree of enterprise's stability,engagement has attracted more and more enterprises' attention.JZY Company is a building decoration based,set financial investment,real estate,new material research and development and other diversified group companies.In the increasingly fierce external competition environment,in order to cope with the huge external pressure,JZY Company needs to give full play to the advantages of talent,mobilize the enthusiasm and involvement of staff to meet the needs of the market.Therefore,how to effectively enhance employee engagement has become one of the key concerns of the company.On the basis of systematic research on the theory of engagement,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis on the employee engagement of JZY Company.This study explores the current situation of employee engagement,analyzes and verifies the influencing factors of employee engagement,and puts forward the strategies to improve employee engagement.First,this paper analyzed the status quo of employee engagement in JZY Company.According to the literature research,employee engagement is divided into physical input,emotional input and cognitive input.According to the survey results of JZY Company's employee engagement,the demographic characteristics of employees have a certain impact on employee engagement.Men have higher engagement than women.The higher education level,the higher engagement,the inverted U-shaped relationship between age and employee engagement.Secondly,this paper discusses the influencing factors of employee engagement in JZY Company.We identified nine influencing factors from employee characteristics,leadership factors and team climate.According to the results of the questionnaire,we finally selected six factors:intrinsic motivation,employee concern for the organization,initiative personality,service-oriented leadership,leader-member exchange(LMX)and team competition climate.Finally,the empirical study confirms the factors influencing employee engagement in JZY company.Empirical results show that intrinsic motivation,initiative personality,service-oriented leadership and LMX have a positive impact on employee engagement,while employee concern for the organization and team competition cannot effectively affect employee engagement.According to the results of empirical research,this paper provides a theoretical basis and improvement suggestions for the management of JZY Company to improve employee engagement.
