Meanwhile, there are also relatively large differences in many aspects of the concept of employee engagement, structure, and other factors, lack of an authoritative standard.The first part of this article reviews the literature and the results of theoretical research on employee engagement at home and abroad, including the definition of structurally related theoretical basis of employee engagement and engagement, and measurement methods and action mechanism. In the second part, the paper places NB Bank employee engagement research project as a case study to explain the financial sector employee engagement research purpose, meaning, procedures, methods, statistical analysis of the survey data results, trying to explore the data behind the reflected employee engagement status and reason, in order to find areas of opportunity and threat landscape.The third part of this article provides a number of ways to improve the promotion of engagement, and made six recommendations:First, carefully dig out the survey research engagement management issues for top-level design solution to the problem lay the foundation; the second is to develop in line with SMART objectives principle, and strengthen the process of tracking and communication task execution management; third is to maintain stability, continuity and transparency of policies and systems to facilitate staff to correctly understand their overall grasp of core value system; four is to integrate and science configure various categories of resources, to play a positive role in the Enhanced employee engagement behavior; five is to vigorously implement the "emotional bank" plan to create a "family-style" enterprise culture; six is to strengthen the performance appraisal management, and promote among businesses and employees high performance balance. Finally, I present situation for weaknesses and theoretical study of employee engagement, several research directions were thinking seriously and make their own prospects.
