Research On Entrepreneurship In State-owned Enterprises' Innovation

State-owned enterprises control the country's economic lifeline.It is the most important thing in realizing China's socialist market economy.The reform and innovation of state-owned enterprises is the key to the sustainability of state-owned enterprises.The key to enterprise innovation lies in entrepreneurs.This point is the same whether it is in state-owned enterprises or private enterprises.However,in recent years,the ability of SOE entrepreneurs to innovate has been questioned.In this article,we mainly study the entrepreneurial spirit of state-owned enterprises in the process of innovation in state-owned enterprises.First of all,through the analysis of the entrepreneurial talent theory in Marxism,Schumpeter's entrepreneurial innovation theory and the Austrian school's entrepreneurship theory,this paper proposes the author's own entrepreneurial talent theory.This article believes that entrepreneurs are in the selection of elements,The combination of factors and the management mechanism of the company have an important influence.This article summarizes domestic and foreign scholars' literature,and analyzes various aspects and deficiencies of scholars at home and abroad,and puts forward their own opinions.It is believed that scholars at home and abroad have certain defects in empirical analysis,and there are few Scholars analyze the entrepreneurial spirit of state-owned enterprises from the overall macro perspective.Based on these theories and literatures,this paper specifically analyzes the current state of innovation of state-owned enterprises,and selects 50 listed companies' data from 2006 to 2016 to specifically analyze the entrepreneurial spirit of state-owned enterprises.The 50 companies include 35 state-owned enterprises and 15 private enterprises.The empirical analysis was conducted from the aspects of fierce market competition,the length of establishment of enterprises,the degree of connection between entrepreneurs and enterprises,the size of enterprises,the cash flow of enterprises,the profitability of enterprises,and the level of corporate liabilities.And these data were separately summarized and analyzed from the state-owned enterprises and private enterprises,and the differences between the state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in various data and the reasons for the differences were compared.Finally,this article summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of entrepreneurs in state-owned enterprises in terms of innovation to find out theaspects that can improve the entrepreneurial spirit of state-owned enterprises.This article uses the auto industry as an example to describe the advantages of state-owned enterprises in entrepreneurial innovation.And in the aspects of the dual identity of entrepreneurs,the attractiveness of talents in state-owned enterprises,the incentive of state-owned enterprises in entrepreneurial innovation,the system and system of tolerance for failure of state-owned enterprises,the specific analysis of the disadvantages of state-owned enterprise entrepreneurs in terms of innovation.Finally,it puts forward policy suggestions: to strengthen the connection between entrepreneurs and enterprises in state-owned enterprises;to emphasize the competitive nature of the socialist market economy;to strengthen the institutional reform of state-owned enterprises and reduce entrepreneurial burnout;and to strengthen the supply of funds for enterprise innovation.This article affirms the role of state-owned entrepreneurs in corporate innovation,but also clarifies the various problems that exist in state-owned entrepreneurs.The vitality of entrepreneurs of state-owned enterprises in maintaining innovation is the most important thing for the entire country to maintain its ability to innovate.This paper hopes that through the research on the entrepreneurial spirit of state-owned enterprises,we can find ways to improve the status quo of entrepreneurial innovation in state-owned enterprises,and complement the theory of research on entrepreneurship in state-owned enterprises.
