Maximizing the use of resources and really raising the interests of enterprises to a new level are the thorny problems that enterprises need to solve urgently.There are many subsidiaries of MDF company,and there are branches all over the country.The cost of business management is very difficult.The business contracts signed by the subsidiaries need to be signed and sealed by the headquarters,and then sent back to the branch by the headquarters.This will not only increase the time efficiency,but also the cost of resources.Time security is not guaranteed.Therefore,the company has set up a technology subsidiary company and an information system research and development team.The objective demand of the first information system "MDF Fund Informatization System" arises from this.After years of development and operation,MDF has accumulated a large number of off-line customers and high net value VIP customers.Traditional manual storage methods can not meet the needs of modern work,and the management of customer information and business product release is relatively single.There is also a certain degree of data storage through non-information systems such as Excel.Safety risk.Based on this,the development of fund information management system has become the main goal to improve the current situation.Taking the fund information system project of MDF Company as an example,this paper applies the knowledge theory of project schedule and control management as the basis,and introduces the technical means and tools of project schedule planning and control in the process of project implementation.Firstly,this paper introduces the meaning of project management and the related theory of project schedule management.Secondly,it introduces the background and objectives of the information system project of MDF Company,and analyses the structure and content of the fund information system project.By using WBS work decomposition method,Gantt chart,time estimation,task activity scheduling,etc.By means of sequence and other methods,the project schedule is formulated.Then it elaborates the implementation process of the fund information system project of MDF company in detail.Through summarizing and analyzing the problems found in the implementation process,it finds out the factors affecting the progress plan of the fund information system project of MDF company.Then it puts forward the Countermeasures of the fund information system project progress control of MDF company,and elaborates in detail.The measures and precautions for schedule control of follow-up projects are described.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of the progress of tasks in the construction process,establish the key path,strictly control the progress of construction,and ensure that the project is completed smoothly according to the plan.With the continuous expansion of MDF enterprise scale and business expansion,more and more information system projects will be required.The valuable experience of this project management can be used as a reference for other information system projects in the later stage. |
