International trade financing was the solution which the bank provides to those enterprises for solving lack of capital problems under their international transactions.The development of the international trade financing enhance the medium profit to the bank as well,it also optimized the credit structure of the bank.Under the inner circle transaction system of the international trade,it decreased the risk of the bank dramatically.As one of the most important costal city of China,Ningbo has a large amount of trading companies running a huge amount of the international transaction.For this reason the competition between commercial banks was stiff.The author of this article has been working at the Crediting department of Bank of Ningbo for years,benefit from long term managerial work experience to face the difficulties and challenges.How to achieve the diversification of the international trade financing production,how to enhance the international trade documentation handling work efficiency and how to shorten risk control process of the bank have being the questions for the author for these years.The research which concerning the international trade financing strategies of the commercials in academic level at the time being,so the research of this article has the practical meaning.This article use the relevant marketing theories of the international trade financing as the reference frame,than make a questionnaire survey to part of the international trade enterprises of Ningbo city to figure out the those crucial factors which matters the target market and make a further discussion about it.According to the conclusion of the questionnaire conclusion of the former step the article analysis the advantage and disadvantage of the current financial product which Ningbo bank already has.Use the 4C marketing theory to solve the problem which Ningbo bank faced.This article comes out two solutions according to the former discussion,the Supply Chain Finance of Trading and the Cross-boarder E-Commerce for the Small and Medium enterprises.The Supply Chain Finance of Trading is one of the practical method to get a win-win by enhance the involving of the bank within the supply chain.And the Cross-boarder E-commerce for the Small and Medium enterprises is a potential financing product in a not long future.Meanwhile enhance the recognition of Ningbo bank for its international trade financing product in terms of the target market,brings out low cost financing products for the small and medium enterprises and establish a new and useful credit evaluation system also benefits the expansion of the relevant business.This article is the combination of theory and practice and the questionnaire survey pay an important role at the whole process.There is a lot of work for the author to collect the internal data which he works at and the external commercial banks information for reference which assured the conclusion and the solution from this article is reliable.More important is the analysis of this article improved the marketing strategic research in terms of international trade financing area and it has a certain practical significance.
