| Since Premier Li Keqiang proposed “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” in2015,social entrepreneurial groups have become increasingly popular.According to the data released by Max Research,from 2011 to 2017,the proportion of self-employment in China has shown an upward trend.Therefore,various behaviors of the entrepreneurial team in the process of survival have also become a hot topic.Among them,in terms of capital and technology,since team entrepreneurship tends to have more advantages than individual entrepreneurship,it has become the first choice for most of entrepreneurs.However,there are often all kinds of conflicts among members in the team entrepreneurship,which will directly lead to the breakdown of the entrepreneurial team and even cause the termination.As a result,the conflicts of the entrepreneurial team lead to countless failures in entrepreneurship so that the management for team conflicts has become one of the important hotspots in entrepreneurial management research.Since the entrepreneurial team led by me has encountered team conflicts,in terms of the conflicts arising from team entrepreneurship,I decided to use my own experiences in AT company as case to make analysis on the team conflicts happening in the process of entrepreneurship so as to propose the related countermeasures for conflict management after I sorted out the related theories on “entrepreneurial team”,“conflict management”and “conflict management for entrepreneurial team”.Through research and analysis,ambiguous entrepreneurial goals,imperfect team incentives,capacity conflicts and disordered management are the major reasons for AT company's entrepreneurial team to have serious conflicts.Therefore,by constructing a conflict model and combining the model with the real cases,the solution to the conflict management of AT company team is sorted out.Finally,based on the results of this paper,the main contributions and the shortcomings of the research are summarized so as to look forward to the research orientation in the future. |
