Conflict is a kind of organization behavior exists in team management. How to guide the benign conflict and how to avoid the vicious conflict, is of great significance to enhance the efficiency of the team. The change in team, team conflict becomes more and more obvious, and all kinds of conflict after another, each conflict is a process of dynamic adjustment of the balance of the team. In the enterprises and institutions like the H center, facing the grid reform, analysis of the causes of conflict and the conflict to build a harmonious and efficient team becomes great research value. The content and innovation point of this research are as follows:First of all, based on practical and theoretical background of the conflict as the starting point, points out that enterprises and institutions like the H center, can cause conflict in recognizing that clear and dealt with in a correct and positive way, the conflict will be to promote organizational change catalyst is the best.
